[b136 dev 1 ?135] Template that is supposed to build symmetrically occasionally has non-symmetrical components

I need to negate the SL, Trail, and TP on the short side in order to have the price level-based SL and TP and trail work properly symmetrically but doing so I think might be the cause of some components coming out non-symmetrical occasionally.

Could be a crossover bug because most of the strategies are symmetrical.

OK so this is basically a duplicate of this:
https://roadmap.strategyquant.com/tasks/sq4_8563

But I can not use the solution of changing "negation of" to "same as" because like I said, it breaks the price level-based SL and TP symmetry so this needs a fix after all.
