Improve strategy block wont stop!!!

In custom projects, when you choose improve all strategies in databank with ranking set to e.g. 2 minutes run, even when you stop the project, project wont stop!

This is really annoying .

attached is the log of this error occurred in 136dev4.

I stopped the task, but CPU showing lot of heavy operations.

Please take a deeper look at it.
