[WF] When checking the WF's results, Auto-Focus on the "Best WF" of the WFs (WFM),

Currently the Auto-Focus is focusing on the first WFM run, which is the default 5 runs with 10% OOS for example,
the Auto-Focus should be on the "Best WF".
