Make Spread in "Higher Precision", selectable by on-off button, like Spread in "Backtest on additional market"

I think this feature is necessary for SQX, and it's something like a bug.

Why we should change spread for higher backtest precision, every time we change it in main test?

They should be linked to each-other.
