[136 dev 2] SL and TP appear to be in percent...!?!?

SL and TP are sometimes expressed in percentages. Obviously, I didn't opt for percentage-based SL and TP because NO SUCH SETTING EVEN EXISTS IN THE UI lol
...

Stop Loss = StopLossCoef1 * ATR(24);
Profit target = 164%;

Exit After ExitAfterBars1 bars;
