[b136 dev 2] Various access violation crashes on 1/2 PC

I have these crashes that keep occurring about once per day or two on one pc. Any hints would be appreciated. On this PC SQX is running on an external sdd

It may have been unstable overclock, once I increased the voltage in my OC, this crash became very rare. Still curious though....
