It works for me fine. You can also expand the column size manually - drag the boundary until the column is the width you want

I mean by default no enough room exists.

each time we should change column width, which not saved for the next time

Hm, maybe you have a display with a small resolution ? Please take a look at the printscreen from my last comment...this is what I see with default view
