[136 dev2] sometimes task changes don't stick

I have updated the code to save the project if the user exits the SQX after making changes. (Will be release in the coming DEV version)

This is the list I checked for modification and saved the project. (On the last fixes)

1. After modifying and moving tasks immediately. 
2. After modifying and activating/deactivating the task. 
3. After modifying and adding a new task. 
4. After modifying task A and performing the remove task on task B. 
5. After modifying and renaming the task.
6. After modifying and cloning the task (below or at the end). 
7. After modifying and copying the config to another task. The value copied to another task is the old one.
8. After modifying Task A and copying the config from another task for task B. The value copied from Task A is the old one. 
9. After modifying and moving up / moving down. 
10. After modifying and running the project (From here or this task only).
