[B136 Dev3] SQ sets the unknown value "6" in "Number of results in stable area".

Bug:
When I add a new task - "Build strategies", SQ sets the unknown value "6" in "Number of results in stable area".
We should check where the value "6" in "Number of results in stable area" comes from.
It seems hard-coded value, or it was read invalid setting data.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Goto Custom Projects
2: Create a new project
3: Add a new task - "Build strategies"
4: Enable "Full settings"."Cross checks(robustness)"."Sequential Optimization"
5: Open the settings
6: Select the "Filtering" tab in "Cross check - Sequential Optimization"
7: You can see "6" in "Number of results in stable area".

8: Update the value to "4".
9: Click the "Default settings" link.
10: The value becomes "5" in "Number of results in stable area".
