136 dev 3 - I managed to corrupt a project by doing something stupid

I was running a task in "this task only mode" But then I clicked an on-off for another task WHILE IT WAS RUNNING in the same workflow and started getting errors, after a restart the project was corrupted and dissappeared from the list.
