TotalDataMonths and TotalDataYears are int - should be double

Build 136 dev 5.

Values of TotalDataMonths and TotalDataYears are computed in databank column TotalDataDays. Local variables months and years are int. This is not good. This could cause significant inaccuracy.

Values should be double and calculate exactly.

For example  Annual % Return and CAGR use TotalDataYears.
