[B136 Dev5] Can't scroll the task list

B135 can scroll the task list, whereas B136 Dev5 can't scroll it.

If this behavior is intended, please consider the UI again.
It is very, very stressful to check [task 8], and [task 9](which didn't display in the screenshot) in the view.
