[136 Dev 5] occasional pop up errors about settings not being updated

Clicking on tasks sometimes pops up this error if the project is running. It does seem to be inconsequential. I didn't actually change anything, just click on different tasks while the project is running.

I can reproduce this by letting a project run, click on a different task, then click on the data tab settings of the task then switch tasks again. The error pops up.
