[Build 136 Dev 7] 135: BIG Differend Results between Builder vs AlgoWizards 'Run Full Backtest'

Please Check,



I get differences between Builder vs AlgoWizards 'Run Full Backtest'. 
This happens often, more often when the OOS is very small. I can't be sure which result is right/wrong?
If I make a mistake, then I ask for a short description of my mistake.

By the way: There is no differences when I test the ea in the Retester with 

selcted timeframe only

or between 

the Tick data-simulation.
