[136Dev4] Task name in custom project Changes randomly !!!
Now open SQX and delete it and then load it again.
everytime task name changes, showing strange characters.
Main task name was: "Build MainTF(H1±15m)".
I saw that this occurs when I use "±" in task names (Maybe other symbols do the same, but I encountered when using this symbol).
It was not the case in SQX135.

04.12.2022 02:14I have updated the encoding in the last changes.
This is what I did to test.
- I create a custom project
- I create a task
- I modify the name to the same name that is shown in the image. I type ± with this Alt + 0177.
- I restart SQX and check.
Another test
- I imported the project that you shared.
- It shows with unknown character
- I remove the unknown character
- I restart SQX and check
Unfortunately, for existing project, you might need to modify the name manually because it has saved with issue.

In the new version, you can export it again. If you use the existing one, you will still get the unknown symbols.
