AlgoWizard is broken. it doesn't take any operands in conditions.

when creating algo wizard strategies, conditions won't pick up operands as expected. only operators are picked to build condition.

Using "Tools ->Edit-> Strategy" in Builder or Retester or Optimiser gives me this:
