[136Dev6] All tests are done in cross-checks of custom projects by default

In custom project-> retest task-> cross-checks, no key exists for doing all tests.

SQX should not do test on other-markets, if tests are not passed inside what-if, and so on.
but now all cross-check test are done. which slows down test time specially if we also select slow tests.
please add a button or remove it by default.
