It makes more sense to show date uniformly inside SQX

some where date is year.month.day and some where it is not.

It makes more sense to show data format as YYYY.MM.DD uniform inside all parts of SQX.
a sample attached but this exists other places as well

Also here is an example.

gray is yyyy. m. d also white before clicking

when click on white, it is changed to yyyy. mm. dd


show YYYY. MM. DD everywhere.

We have it again here, inside data manager.

It's better to have date formats every where as yyyy.mm.dd

It seems this issue exists inside all data manager windows.
