[B136 Dev7] CodeEditor doesn't terminate by itself

Steps to reproduce:
1: Run CodeEditor

2: "Please start StrategyQuant X before starting CodeEditor" message appears.
3: CodeEditor window disappears, but still exists as a task. There is no GUI to terminate CodeEditor.


4: Run StrategyQuantX
5: Run CodeEditor via "</>" button.
6: "It seems another instance of CodeEditor is running" message appears.


Solution:
CodeEditor should be terminated at the timing (3), or Keep the GUI to terminate it by the user.
