SQX 136 RC2: Serious bug: Cannot start SQX: Windows Defender prevents SQX from starting


Cannot start SQX b136 RC2 and test it because Windows Defender reports a threat in file StrategyQuantX_nocheck.exe - see screenshot. Windows Defender is the antivirus-software that is built into Windows.


VirusTotal.com reports security issues in 15 out of 72 engines - see screenshot.
