Saving What-If Scenarios Into Source Code

Now that we're working on saving optimized results for the next build (hopefully), can we extend this ability further to allow for saving the what-if scenarios found in QuantAnalyzer? Often I find myself optimizing parameters in SQ and then going back into QA to optimize times of the day to trade. It would be great if these time blocks were included in the optimization process so they could easily be manipulated and saved all in one step. Additionally, I only find myself optimizing for time after all my parameters are set. If time blocks were implemented in the Optimization process, it could add to the flexibility of possible outcomes with different parameter selections as the params may affect the time blocks that ultimately get selected. I wanted to move these ideas to the programming section. This combines the two ideas below:
