[137-RC2] Error in optimizer predefined conditions

When we start optimization page for first time, we can see that the configuration differs from original configuration of previous builds (see Opt Init Load).

Also when we reset it to defaults, we see much worse conditions (see Opt Reset to Defaults)

The default symbol was updated to EURUSD_M1

Hi Tamas,

It should be same as builder.

When default build for forex is GBPUSD and date is 2003~2018, then here it should be the same.

It was so in SQX136.

But here you can see that both default symbol, dates and also lots of other settings (not visible here) has been changed.
