LOW CPU usage at Retester (AMD Ryzen 7 4800H --- notebook CPU)

UPDATE

I have a small update for the developers, so that they have it "easier": I have the problem only, if I simply just use the Retester and not Monte Carlo or other crosschecks.
So let say, I have 5000 strategies in the Builder and click on "Retest". Then I copied them in the Retester. I just simply change the market let say from EURUSD to GBPUSD, I leave the TF and the precision on H4 and selceted TF.

And now it is very slow, the CPUs are running on low usage....

If I use Crosschecks, Montecarlo, everything is ok it runs on full load.

And now I have again low CPU usage at Optimizing... Pleeeease... fix it...

please attach your config so we can reproduce it

Thank you for your answer. Which config? The Builder config or the Config of my entire SQX?

config for project(s) where you experience low CPU usage - so Retester, and possibly Optimizer. It would also help if yo'll attach also the Optimizer strategy

Alright, thanks. I attached now the 2 Builder configs. I do not use any project or special workflows...
I just let create the strategies and after that I make everything manually, because I like to see the workflow.

I just let copy the builded strategies to the retester with the "Retest" button, I remove the OOS and change the instrument let say from EURUSD just to GBPUSD. Everything remains the same and I encounter low CPU usage.
